These Terms govern your use of Metryn (the “Service”), operated by Gonçalo Torres (“we”, “us”). By using the Service or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms.

What the Service is

The Service runs an automated AI Search Readiness diagnostic against a single web page you submit. It checks public technical signals — crawler access, indexability, structured data, and content clarity — and returns a deterministic score together with technical findings and remediation guidance.

Purchase & price

The full report is available for a one-time fee, shown and charged at checkout. There is no subscription and no recurring charge — you pay once per unlocked report. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout, and the checkout shows the total you will pay before you confirm. If you buy for business purposes, consumer protection rules may not apply to you; the 30-day money-back guarantee still does.

No guarantee of results

The report is an automated technical diagnostic based on public signals observed at scan time. It does not guarantee, and we make no representation about, any of the following: search or AI-crawler indexing, rankings, AI citations, recommendations by AI systems, traffic, or revenue. Findings are heuristics intended to inform your own judgment, not promises of outcome.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for evaluating the findings and deciding whether, and how, to apply any suggested change to your website. We are not responsible for the effects of changes you choose to make.

How long a report is kept

A paid report and its link are kept for 24 months after the purchase. After that the report is deleted and the link stops working, so download the PDF if you want to keep a copy. See the Privacy Policy for the other retention periods.

Intellectual property

The Service, its scoring methodology, and its content are our property or that of our licensors. The report we deliver to you is licensed for your own internal use in evaluating and improving your website; you may not resell or redistribute it as a standalone product.

Acceptable use

The scanner reads publicly available pages, sending ordinary requests as described in Scanner info. Do not use the Service to overload or harm any website or system, to probe or attack systems, or to circumvent its rate limits and security controls. We can block abuse.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer, such as the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content and services (Decreto-Lei 84/2021), and liability for intent or gross negligence. Subject to that, the Service is provided “as is” and our total liability arising from your use of the Service or purchase of a report will not exceed the amount you paid for that report, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, to the extent the law allows.

Payment processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
